Prescription Lens Policy: Prescription lenses are custom-made and non-refundable. If you return eligible prescription eyewear, the frame portion of your purchase may be refunded according to our return policy. If Vontélle or our optical laboratory makes an error in producing your lenses, we will correct or remake them at no additional cost.
